I have had the privilege of working with both buyers and sellers in the Central Texas area as a broker for 30-plus years. Primarily North and West Austin into the Texas Hill County. Johnson City, Marble Falls, and Temple Belton area are some of my favorite areas. For years I primarily did business as Leander Realty and focused on properties located in Leander ISD and still service that area where I currently reside.
I found the name to be limiting in marketing my favorite Hill Country client's properties. Integrity is the trait I most aspire to live up to. My favorite saying is: Integrity is one's supreme obligation to one's self. This mantra not only benefits me. I feel it best serves everyone I interact with. As an independent broker, I am free to focus only on your needs. When we agree to work together in buying or selling property I can be flexible on commission structures and marketing plans that include features that best benefit a tailored transaction that best serves your needs. Home staging is great if you want to spend the minimal $1500 or much more for the transaction. Often I am able to walk your home and advise you on the best ways to stage your home without hiring a home stager. But have several stagers available to choose from if need be. If your are buying, my years of experience help you to see many possibilities you might not see and sometimes the red flags that say "run, don't just walk away".
